Avoid at all costs! I am owed a lot of money from this online casino, it has been almost a month and I’m still waiting. Customer service is an absolute joke, they either say we are waiting for an update or they ignore you completely, just depends what mood they are in I think. They have disconnected the phone lines due to the pandemic apparently, so I can not actually speak to anyone. Although the strange thing is, someone actually called me from this company requesting ID documents - so they lie too.
